The Skiboard European Cup 2009 will be hosted by Latvia.
Competitions will be held: Feb. 25-27, 2009.

Even if Latvia does not benefit of tall mountains, its riders are among the best in Europe.
World Champions Ciprian Staicu and Sonia Dragan from Romania, European Champions Dmitry Makrushin, Nikita Kuznecov & Margarita Milentieva - Russia, Helena Rackova - Czech Republic, Tenis Dimants - Latvia and Adrian Stramatararu - Romania, are between the favorites of Euro 2009.
